Rosalie Guest House has a choice of traditionally furnished Superior, Classic and Standard Double ensuite rooms. A hospitality tray with kettle, tea bags/coffee/hot chocolate are topped up daily. Fresh milk from the Breakfast Room fridge and a selection of fruit/herbal teas are always available and please use our lovely selection of China milk jugs. All rooms have smoke detectors connected to the House Fire Alarm system and we have a strict
NO SMOKING policy within Rosalie House. There is a small front garden where smokers can sit on our lovely granite stone bench and a cigarette/ash waste box in the front porch. Shampoo/Shower Gel together with Hand Soap dispenser are provided in the shower rooms. Towels are changed every two days, duvet, pillows, cushions and extra throws are all provided. Housekeeping staff service rooms on a daily basis. All rooms have Smart Tv’s with Netflix streaming available, hairdryer, luggage racks and free Wi-Fi.
Rosalie House does not have capacity for a guest lift.

This is a large upper first floor superior double room with wonderful high ceilings and an ensuite walk in shower room. The attractive square bay window allows lots of natural light into the room and looks out from the front of the house with a view of the tree lined Alexandra Road. There are two comfortable armchairs to enjoy the morning sunshine. There is a feature King size bed with plenty of storage provided with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside drawer units.
This is a large, quiet, upper first floor superior double room with impressive high ceiling and a feature Victorian Fire-place with an ensuite walk-in shower room. The large sash window overlooks the rear courtyard where the afternoon sunshine flows in abundance. There is a cosy seating area to relax, a feature King size bed and plenty of storage provided with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside drawer units.
This is a quiet classic double room located on the first floor with an ensuite walk-in shower room. This is the most accessible room with grab rails for assistance. The large sash window overlooks the rear court yard allowing the afternoon sunshine to stream in. There is one bedroom chair, a King size bed, a single wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside drawer units.
This is a compact quiet standard double room located on the first floor to the rear of Rosalie House with a large ensuite walk-in shower room. The sash window which allows all the afternoon sunshine in and a view of the tops of the large green trees lining the Lariggan Riverbank. There is one bedroom chair, a standard 4’6’’ double bed with access either side, a single wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside drawer units. This room is ideal for single or couple occupancy but better for short breaks being the smallest room.
This is a quiet classic double room located on the second floor with an ensuite walk-in shower room. Guests do need to be agile to manage all of the stairs. The sash window overlooks the front of the house and the tree lined Alexandra Road. The ceiling is lower in this room with restricted head room on one side of the King size bed. This room has the option of converting the King Bed into two 2’6’’ single beds upon request. There is one bedroom chair, plenty of storage with built in wardrobe and shelf space, a chest of drawers and two bedside drawer units.
On making a booking, a deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required. The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions. Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival. If the booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
