Follow the A30 to Penzance on approaching Penzance, at the Tesco roundabout, take the second exit sign posted Land’s End/A30 to avoid the town centre. Cross over two more roundabouts on this ring road around the edge of town. At the third roundabout (Mount Misery) take first exit sign posted – Newlyn Art Gallery/Seafront Continue 800 metres until you reach a mini-roundabout turn right (‘Seafront’) into Alexandra Road. We are located further down on the right hand side with a flower stall in the front garden.

Alternative Route – Follow the A30 to Penzance, at the Tesco roundabout go straight across heading for the town centre. Continue along the coast road until you pass the railway and bus station on your left. Keeping in the left hand lane follow the sea front Western Promenade Road and continue until you reach a mini roundabout opposite the Beachfield Hotel. Go right at this roundabout into Alexandra Road and we are situated approximately 500 metres on the left hand side.
